Perfect Pancakes

I'm all about quick and healthy recipes that keep our energy up in the midst of  busy schedules. And I'm all about pancakes.

3 Ingredients 1 Skillet = You will never be the same

Perfect Pancakes
3 bananas
3 eggs
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Preheat your skillet

- Combine all ingredients together in your food processor
- Grease skillet with coconut oil and pour batter onto the skillet
- Cook 2-3 minutes on each side
- Serve with your favorite topping (I love almond butter or blueberries!)
