Energy bites

No cooking, no baking. Right up a busy girl’s alley! Loaded with protein and fiber, this sweet snack is great to have on handwhen we are on the go.

No Bake Energy Bites
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter1/3 cup honey1 tsp vanilla extract1 cup raw old-fashioned oats
2/3 cup sweetened shredded coconut, toasted and cooled
1/2 cup ground golden flaxseed meal6 Tbsp mini chocolate chips

In a mixing bowl, stir peanut butter, vanilla extract and honey together.
Add all remaining ingredients and stir until completely combinedPut mixture into the refrigerator to chill until setRemove from refrigerator and roll into bite-sized pieces
Put some in a container, slip it into that Chanel bag and run out the door!
