Misswhoo x FYC day 3 of 3

Esther and I spent a lot of our time talking about preparation and the importance of eating well. Specifically to ensure what she puts in her body (and her family's) not only tastes great and is simple to make, but provides the right amount of nutrients needed to optimize her health and energy. 

As I always say, "Today's meal provides tomorrow's momentum." Yes, this is a tweetable! 

Being smart about your eating choices, coupled with movement and mind, really is what my FYC method is all about and why it creates positive health transformations in many people.

I am so excited to be part of the MissWhoo community. Looking forward to sharing many tips and inspiration on living the FYClife. 

Remember, if you make it your intention to Move Well, Eat Well and Think Well #8DaysAWeek there's no stoppin' ya! It's not a formula, it's a lifestyle!
