Healthy Recipes - Sweet Potato Chips

Is it even possible to snack on a few chips at a time. People often talk about finishing a bag of chips and not even realizing how it happened. We have a solution for you! A delicious fall vegetable can be made into a healthy snack that provides just enough crunch. Sweet potato chips are so tasty that you probably won't go back to your old stand by! So snack away. 


  • 2 large sweet potatoes
  • Olive Oil 
  • Sea salt to taste


  1. Wash sweet potatoes and cut them to your desired thickness - If you make them thick they will turn out like sweet potato fries, and if you make them thin, they will be crunchier like a chip 
  2. Place sliced sweet potato on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until they just start to brown
  4. Remove and let cool
